We don’t fabricate in-house. Is this for us?
Yes — that’s exactly who this is built for. You quote the client and own the install; we handle the fabrication. No machines, powder coat line, or dedicated fab staff required on your end.
Will you go around us and quote our client direct?
No. Trade accounts only. Direct enquiries are declined. Your client business name and site address aren’t used for any outreach or marketing.
Will the letters hold up outdoors?
Outdoor jobs are built on the EcoSteel system — substrate, coating, and assembly method spec’d for Australian UV, moisture, and temperature cycling.
How quickly do quotes come back?
Within 24 business hours once we have enough detail to price most jobs. Complex scope may need a follow-up before pricing.
Will fabrication delay our install?
~2 weeks typical lead from approval. Lead time is quoted upfront on every job. Rush timing — ask when you send the enquiry.
Will the build match the spec our client approved?
Dimensions, colour (RAL or match), depth, illumination, and mounting built to your spec. If something needs to change for buildability, we flag it before production.
Do you deliver outside South Australia?
