Application Role
Part 2 is intended for full perimeter bonding once components are correctly positioned, and is applied after initial tacking with Part 1, and before final sealing with Part 3.
Recommended workflow:

Use Part 1 adhesive for initial tacking and positioning

Apply Part 2 adhesive along the entire return perimeter for structural bonding

Follow with Part 3 as required for final sealing and finishing
This staged approach provides both accurate positioning and maximum final bond integrity.

Important Usage Notes

Do not use with activators:
This adhesive is formulated to cure optimally without the use of accelerators. The use of activators may negatively affect bond performance and long-term durability. -
Surface preparation:
Clean, dry, and contaminant-free surfaces are critical for achieving consistent results. -
Controlled application:
Apply a continuous, even bead to ensure full contact along the bonding surface, do not exceed an application width of 3mm.
Shelf Life & Storage

Shelf life: Up to 12 months when stored correctly

Store in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and heat

Ensure containers are sealed when not in use to maintain performance
Positioning
Part 2 is not a general-purpose adhesive—it is a purpose-selected bonding solution engineered to complement the EcoSteel™ fabrication process. When used as recommended, it delivers a reliable, repeatable bond that supports the long-term performance of fabricated 3D letters.
