Outdoor and coastal applications need particular attention to material grade, finish, drainage, sealing and dissimilar-metal contact. If the approved concept creates a fabrication or installation risk, we flag it before production.

What is the difference between fabricated and flat-cut letters?

Flat-cut letters are cut from a single sheet and gain depth only from the material thickness or mounting stand-offs. Fabricated letters have built returns that create a deeper three-dimensional body and can house internal LEDs.

Can fabricated letters be used outdoors?

Yes, when the material, finish, sealing, drainage and electrical components are specified for the installation environment. Coastal and exposed sites may require different construction from protected inland locations.

Do you manufacture stainless steel and aluminium letters?

Yes. We fabricate aluminium and stainless steel letters, as well as EcoSteel, acrylic and hybrid constructions. The recommended method depends on the required appearance, size, illumination, environment and budget.

Can you manufacture from our supplied artwork?

Yes. Outlined vector artwork is preferred. Include dimensions, quantities, colours, illumination, mounting and site details so we can assess buildability and quote accurately.
