Good illumination starts before fabrication
Letter depth, stroke width, acrylic colour, LED spacing and power-supply placement all affect brightness and consistency. Small strokes may not leave enough room for modules, wiring and fixings. Large letters may need extra bracing, additional power feeds or split assemblies.
We recommend 24V LED systems for fabricated-letter installations because they reduce voltage drop over longer runs. Your installer remains responsible for compliant site wiring and final electrical connection.
