A fast quote starts with enough information to understand the job properly. You do not need every detail locked in, but the more we know upfront, the quicker we can price it and flag anything that may affect fabrication, lead time, or installation. At minimum, send the product type, rough overall size, letter heights if known, quantity, illumination style, indoor or outdoor use, colours, and your target delivery window.
Artwork is best supplied as AI, EPS, PDF, or outlined vector files, but rough drawings, sketches, photos, and marked-up elevations are still useful for getting started. Site photos help us understand mounting, access, wall type, power entry, and exposure risks such as coastal conditions or full sun. If something is missing, send what you have anyway. We will ask the right questions before pricing so you can get back to your client with a clear scope instead of guessing.
