At Aussie 3D Fabrications, we've implemented a systematic recycling program for all fabrication waste materials, partnering with specialized recyclers to ensure nothing valuable enters landfill.
Acrylic Recycling
All acrylic offcuts from letter faces and LED panels are collected and processed by our dedicated recycler into new acrylic products. This closed-loop system prevents waste while supporting the recycled materials industry, with even small offcuts contributing to substantial environmental savings across our production volume.
ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) Recycling
ACM offcuts are processed as scrap metal, with the aluminium components recovered through metal recycling channels. Since aluminium recycling requires only 5% of the energy needed for virgin production, this significantly reduces our carbon footprint.
Metal Recycling
All metal offcuts—including aluminium, stainless steel, and Colorbond® steel—are systematically collected and recycled. We maintain separate collection systems for different metal types to ensure optimal recycling outcomes and maximum material recovery.
